Red wine and Shallot reduction

- 1/2 cup red wine (pinot)
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 sprig of parsely, chopped fine.
- 1 tbsp butter
- s/p

Add shallots and butter to a pan. Sweat the shallots. Add the wine. Reduce by half and add parsely.
